Travel is charged based on distance, and after hours work carries a higher rate than a weekday job. You will be told what it will cost when you ring, not after the work is done.

Most of the time we get it going where it sits. The service ute carries tools, common parts and hose gear. If it turns out to be something that genuinely needs the workshop, we will tell you that on the spot rather than working on it for hours first.

Yes. Bring the old hose into the shop and we will measure, crimp and hand it back. If the machine cannot travel, we will come out and make the hose at the machine instead — on a header mid‑harvest that is the difference between an hour down and a day down.
