The story
JSM has been trading since 2022, run by Josh out of Temora. It began as a mobile repair service — a ute, a set of tools and a phone that rang at all hours — and that side of it has never stopped. Most weeks still involve a call out to a paddock or a roadside somewhere in the district.
What has changed is the size of it. There is now a workshop at 95 Twynam Street with a team of ten.
Under one roof, plus the parts counter. Bigger jobs can be repaired in house under one roof, while we stock a wide range of parts to get you back on the road quicker.
The name changed recently too. What started as JSM Ag Repairs is now JSM Truck & Ag Repairs, which reflects how much of the work is heavy vehicle rather than purely agricultural. Same shop, same phone number, same people.
How we work
The breakdown line is a real phone with a real person on it, not a message bank that gets checked Monday.
Mobile first. Moving a header or a loaded truck into town is usually the slowest and most expensive option.
You are told what is actually wrong and what it will cost before the spanners come out.
We live here. The work has come by word of mouth around Temora since 2022 and that only holds if the job is right.
In the shed
What we work on
Prime movers, rigids, tippers and trailers. Headers, tractors, sprayers, loaders, chaser bins and augers. Farm utes, light commercials and the odd thing that does not fit any category.
